Volunteer

Our volunteers average over 100 hours monthly walking dogs, brushing and playing with cats, helping at fundraisers, and fostering orphan kitten or puppies. We are always looking for volunteers, please call Kris at (406) 222-1313 Monday – Friday or email shelterbark@imt.net to schedule a training.

Stafford Animal Shelter relies on the generosity of individual donations and receives no support from federal or state government agencies or national animal welfare groups.

It costs the Shelter around $450 to care for each animal under our roof. Adoption and surrender fees cover only a small fraction of those costs. We rely on community support to keep our doors open and your donation is critical in caring for those animals in our community greatest in need. Every dollar counts.

ROSIE MEDICAL FUND

Donate to this special medical fund exclusively used to heal pets in pain who have severe medical conditions.
